Made-to-Order Processing Time
All Malibu Angel pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow 5–6 weeks for your order to be crafted before it ships. Once dispatched, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Malibu Angel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs. We are unable to offer refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, the item is considered received. Malibu Angel is not responsible for packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or tampered with after delivery, please file a report with your local law enforcement and contact your carrier directly.
Package Protection (Route)
We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for a small fee. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and allows you to file a claim directly with Route — not Malibu Angel. We strongly recommend adding Route protection to your order, especially given our made-to-order production timeline.
Customers who decline Route Package Protection at checkout assume full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier delivery confirmation. Malibu Angel will not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery when Route protection was not purchased.
